Are all the electronic components you sell genuine original products?
Yes, IC OUTLETS provides double authenticity assurance for all products it handles:
Vendor Qualification Verification: All vendors must provide brand authorization certificates or proof of legitimate procurement channels.
Third-Party Testing: All products must be sent to IC OUTLETS’ consolidation warehouse and commissioned to a third-party testing agency with CNAS/CMA accreditation for authenticity verification, parameter testing, and appearance inspection.
How can I confirm if a specific model is in stock? Is the inventory updated in real time?
All in-stock inventory is real and can be checked in real time. You can search for the model on the official website, and the system will display the inventory quantity accordingly. Inventory data is updated hourly. In extreme cases (such as multiple orders locking the same batch of inventory simultaneously), we will proactively contact you within 10 minutes of placing your order to inform you of the actual situation.
Are there any minimum order quantities? Can samples and small batches be shipped?
IC OUTLETS supports small to medium batch purchases and sample purchases. Whether it’s samples needed for hardware R&D, small batch testing, or urgent replenishment orders, we can support you. For loose components, the minimum order quantity is 1 piece; for full packages, the minimum order quantity is MPQ.
Can you provide original manufacturer datasheets for your components?
Each product details page provides a link to download the original manufacturer datasheet. For more detailed technical specifications or application notes, please contact our online customer service.
How can I ensure that the parameters of the purchased components meet my needs?
Before placing an order, please carefully check the complete parameters on the product details page, including key indicators such as model number, package, precision, temperature range, and voltage/current rating. If in doubt, we recommend purchasing samples for testing first to confirm that they meet your requirements before making a bulk purchase.
What is the transaction process at IC OUTLETS?
Our transaction process consists of 8 steps, fully transparent and traceable:

IC OUTLETS notifies the vendor to ship the goods to the IC OUTLETS consolidation warehouse.
The consolidation warehouse receives the goods and registers receipt.
A third-party authoritative testing agency is commissioned to conduct authenticity verification, quality testing, and parameter verification.
After passing the tests, IC OUTLETS packages and labels the goods.
IC OUTLETS ships the goods to you.
You confirm receipt.
Can vendors see my personal information?
Absolutely not! IC OUTLETS implements strict two-way information isolation:
Vendors can only see the name, model, and quantity of the goods to be shipped, as well as the address of the IC OUTLETS consolidation warehouse.
Vendors cannot obtain any personal information such as your name, phone number, or shipping address.
All orders are processed centrally by IC OUTLETS, ensuring your information is protected throughout the entire process.
How long does it take to ship an order for in-stock items? What is the delivery time?
After the consolidation warehouse passes inspection, IC OUTLETS promises to complete the shipment within 24 hours (calculated in working days).
Q9: Which logistics methods are supported? How are shipping costs calculated?
A: Our main logistics partners include SF Express, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS. IC OUTLETS defaults to selecting the optimal logistics solution based on product attributes, destination, and delivery time requirements.
How can I track my order shipment?
You can view the shipment status in real time on the order details page.
Can I return or exchange components after purchasing them?
Products with quality issues can be returned or exchanged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), PayPal, Escrow, check, money order, or wire transfer. United States (USD) funds only, and we do not accept COD orders.
How to prevent private transaction scams?

What are the requirements for vendor onboarding? Are there any fees?
IC OUTLETS has a zero-threshold onboarding policy:
Free onboarding: Registration, opening a store, and listing products are completely free.
Fee only upon successful transaction: Commission is only charged after an order is placed; no fee is charged if there are no orders.
Qualification requirements: A business license, legal representative’s identity certificate, and brand authorization documents (if applicable) are required.
How is the commission calculated? How often is it settled?
The commission rules are transparent and publicly available:
Calculation Formula: Commission = Buyer’s Actual Payment Amount × Commission Rate
Consumption Prerequisite: Commission is only charged after the order completes all processes (inspection passed + buyer confirms receipt). No commission is charged for orders that fail inspection, are refunded, or the transaction fails.
Settlement Cycle: After inspection passes and the buyer confirms receipt, the payment minus the commission is deposited into the vendor’s pending settlement account. Withdrawal processing time is T+1 to T+3 business days.
Is there a fee for uploading inventory?
Completely free! Vendors can freely upload any quantity of their inventory. IC OUTLETS only charges a commission after an actual transaction occurs.
How to improve a store’s competitiveness?
Recommendations for vendors:
Ensure inventory accuracy: Update inventory in real time to avoid orders being out of stock.
Provide complete parameters: Upload detailed specifications and RoHS/REACH certification documents.
Guarantee timely delivery: Strictly adhere to the 24-hour delivery commitment.
Cooperate with the testing process: Provide necessary product information to improve the pass rate of testing.

What are the special requirements for export-controlled products?
For export-controlled products (such as dual-use chips, high-performance FPGAs, etc.), vendors must:
Clearly indicate the control category on the product page
Provide an end-use description or end-user certificate in cooperation with the platform
Ensure that the products are not sold to sanctioned countries/regions
Vendors who violate export control regulations will have their stores permanently shut down and will be held legally liable.
