Product information confirmation
1. Before placing an order, buyers should carefully read all information on the product details page, including but not limited to: product name, model, specifications, technical parameters, price, stock status, and shipping method.
2. For highly specialized products such as chips and electronic components, buyers should independently confirm that the product parameters meet their project requirements. The technical parameters displayed on the platform are from information provided by vendors and are for reference only.
Ordering and Payment
1. All orders must be paid for through the payment channels provided by this platform. Supported payment methods include: credit/debit cards, PayPal, Alipay, and bank transfer (through a virtual account generated by the platform).
2. Buyers should pay the amount due to the platform’s designated account. Payments to other accounts without the platform’s written consent will not be considered fulfillment of payment obligations.
3. Before issuing a payment instruction, buyers should verify the complete information, including the amount and payee, contained in the instruction.
Order placed
1. Once the buyer submits an order and completes payment, a sales contract is established between the buyer and IC OUTLETS.
2. The platform will send order confirmation notifications to the buyer via in-app messages, emails, etc.
3. The platform reserves the right to unilaterally withdraw information or cancel the order if it discovers obvious errors or stock shortages in the products or orders displayed on the platform.
Prices and taxes
1. The price of the goods is subject to the price displayed on the page when the buyer places the order. Product prices and availability may change at any time according to market conditions without prior notice.
2. In the case of cross-border transactions, the buyer shall bear any applicable customs duties, value-added tax, and other taxes and fees, as stipulated by customs and tax authorities.
Private transactions are prohibited
Private transactions refer to the act of a buyer and vendor bypassing the platform’s transaction process and communicating, paying, or delivering goods through channels outside the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Obtaining the vendor’s contact information (such as personal number, mobile phone number, personal bank account) through platform private messages, product pages, etc., and then communicating and transacting outside the platform;
2. Vendors inducing buyers to pay via Paypal/Alipay transfers, bank transfers, etc., under the guise of “more favorable prices,” “no handling fees,” or “direct shipping from stock”;
3. Buyers actively requesting to add the vendor’s private contact information and hoping to transact offline to obtain discounts;
4. Finding cards or promotional materials containing the vendor’s contact information or third-party platform information in packages and conducting subsequent transactions based on this;
5. Transferring transactions outside the platform through any other explicit or implicit means.
Risks of private transactions
The buyer understands and acknowledges that all orders completed through private transactions are not protected by this platform. Risks associated with private transactions include, but are not limited to:
Failure to ship after payment, vendor becoming unreachable
Received counterfeit or substandard products, not as described
No guarantee of product quality, no returns or exchanges
Price fraud, actual product value significantly lower than paid amount
No after-sales service, platform unable to intervene
Personal information leakage, misuse, or resale
Fund security risks, direct transfers are difficult to recover
Platform Disclaimer
If a buyer violates these rules by engaging in or attempting to engage in a private transaction, IC OUTLETS hereby solemnly declares:
1. No liability: The platform assumes no responsibility for any disputes or losses (including but not limited to property damage, leakage of personal information, etc.) arising from private transactions.
2. No after-sales service: The platform will not accept any after-sales requests (including returns, exchanges, repairs, refunds, etc.) for orders from private transactions.
3. No involvement in dispute resolution: The platform has no obligation to intervene in private disputes between buyers and vendors, nor does it assume any responsibility for mediation, arbitration, compensation, etc.
4. No provision of transaction information: The platform cannot provide order records, payment vouchers, or other information for private transactions; buyers must bear the risk of difficulty in providing evidence.
5. The platform reserves the right to pursue legal action: If private transactions cause adverse effects or losses to the platform, the platform reserves the right to pursue the buyer’s relevant liabilities.
After-sales service
For transactions completed on the platform in strict accordance with these rules, buyers have the right to request returns, exchanges, or repairs for goods with quality issues. A testing certificate issued by an authoritative (or mutually recognized) third-party testing institution must be provided.
If a dispute arises with a supplier and negotiations fail, the buyer can request the platform to intervene.
